Rainforest Cafe - Katy: A Family-Friendly Dining Adventure in the Heart of Katy, TX

My kids love it. Ariel was amazing and very patient tentative with our family. My kids got the Kids cheese pizza with fries. I got the Taste of the island. My favorite part of the dish was the Dynamite shrimp sweet and spicy but so good and of course the Coconut shrimp.

Reminiscing this place! Great atmosphere, yummy food and excellent service. Volcano birthday chants every few mins.. I just love it! Eli was our guy, so prompt, friendly and helpful! Keep up the great job!

Kids love this place for the ambience and the animatronics, they go through day and night in a animated loop set with storms and animal sounds. Unfortunately, we were unlucky this time we visited. Service wasn't attentive. we waited about 20 minutes to get a waitress taking our order, 35 minutes for the food, and more to ask for the check. My order was an "Anaconda pasta with chicken" The chicken was good, but the pasta was very overcooked. Please do better.

I absolutely loved the place, very friendly and welcoming. Our server Jay was very respectful and caring, making sure our time here was great. The food was delicious and definitely will be coming back here again!

In all my years in Texas, I've never stopped at Rainforest Cafe until today. Was very pleasantly surprised with the rainforest surroundings and animal sounds throughout, the changing ceiling lights were awesome. Our forest guide (server) Syoriah was super sweet, helpful and made some excellent food recommendations. Let me tell you, that jerk chicken pasta was delicious. So glad she made the recommendation. Not once did we have to wait for refills, she was on it! My fiancé had the steak and shrimp and he was so happy with his meal also (I shared my pasta with him since he enjoyed it) Definitely coming back!!

Another Fantastic Experience with My Favorite Server, Javier! I recently returned to rainforest for my second visit, and I was thrilled to have Javier as our server again! His warm smile and familiarity made us feel like old friends. He remembered our preferences and provided tailored recommendations that were absolutely perfect. Javier’s knowledge of the menu and his enthusiasm for the dishes truly enhanced our dining experience. It was awesome. The scenery is beautiful, great customer service. I had one of the best service who was so tentative, she made sure I was pleased with my food. The managers came to check on as well.

Our kids love this place! Ambiance is great, food portions are even better. Friendly waitstaff! Will be dining here again!!
